2. Non-Hosting & Temporary Processing Architecture

CherryChic does not host, broadcast, archive, or maintain a searchable database of video content. Our technology serves purely as a transient client-side and server-side processing conduit to inspect and convert streams initiated directly by individual users. Temporary files generated during download routines are immediately purged upon completion.

3. Submitting a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent representing one, and you believe that any material or link processed via CherryChic infringes your copyrighted work, you may submit a formal notification containing:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or representative list if multiple works).
• Identification of the specific URL(s) or material on CherryChic claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity.
• Your contact information, including your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
